  • Gorantla Geosynthetics Limited (Formaly known as Gorantla Geosynthetics Pvt Ltd) incorporated in the year 2006 deals with turnkey solutions in waste management sector like Scientific Landfill, Landfill Capping of Legacy Waste, Biomining Waste processing etc.
  • We strongly believe that the provision of safe & Scientific disposal of Municipal solid waste for rural & urban local bodies, safe drinking water a basic need, sanitation & safe disposal of waste water control of air, water and soil pollution are the most important activities that could be undertaken to improve the health of people.
  • In an over populated world where progress means the acquisition of material things, it is all the more important to dispose of old and unwanted items safely & Scientifically.
  • We have done more than fifty solid waste management project across the country for various municipalities. We are having offices at Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkatta and Head office located at Chennai.

2006

Incorporated the Company, transitioning from the promoters’ established family business of manufacturing industrial packaging bags.

2007

Secured its first projects in the environmental engineering.


2010

Secured its first project for a Fortune 500 company involving a geosynthetic application for the construction of oil storage tanks, through an infrastructure contractor.

2011

Secured Certification of ISO 9001:2008 certification for its Quality Management System, covering the supply and installation of geosynthetics for civil and environmental engineering projects.

2014

Received its first government order for Geomembrane Installation work.


2015

Secured its first order from government for a Scientific Landfill project,
marking the Company's entry into government-led landfill projects.

2016

Expanded into turnkey solutions for Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfill projects incorporating geosynthetic solutions and civil works, and secured its first large-scale turnkey MSW Landfill project.

2017

Crossed the ₹10 crore revenue milestone.




2021

Undertook its first Leachate Management and Treatment project, expanding its environmental engineering capabilities.


2023

Expanded its operations across two key verticals: (i) Geosynthetic Solutions and (ii) Solid Waste Management, comprising Scientific Landfill, Landfill Capping and Biomining.

2024

Converted from a private limited company to a public limited company and changed its name from Gorantla Geosynthetics Private Limited to Gorantla Geosynthetics Limited.

2025

Recorded revenue of ₹60 crore, representing the Company’s expanded operating scale and project execution base.
